I’m Lisa Demmel, founder of NEXT LVL Business Services. With years of experience working in accounting, operations, and office management roles, I’ve spent much of my career helping businesses stay organized and running efficiently behind the scenes. I’ve had the opportunity to support companies by managing financial processes, coordinating operations, and solving the everyday challenges that come with running a business. I started NEXT LVL Business Services to give business owners reliable support they can trust—so they can spend less time worrying about the details and more time focusing on growing their business.

Our Story

NEXT LVL Business Services was founded from years of real-world experience working inside businesses and seeing firsthand what it takes to keep operations running smoothly. Our founder, Lisa Demmel, built her career in accounting and office management roles where organization, attention to detail, and problem solving were essential every day.

 

Early in her career, Lisa discovered she had a natural ability for bringing structure to busy work environments. While many of her roles began in accounting or administrative support, they quickly expanded into much more. She often became the person businesses relied on to keep financial records organized, coordinate vendors, support leadership, and solve day-to-day operational challenges.


Over time, Lisa found herself supporting many areas of business operations—from bookkeeping and financial administration to payroll coordination, HR support, and office management. In many cases, she was helping fill the gap of several back-office roles at once, allowing businesses to stay organized without needing to hire a full internal team.

 

Through this experience, she realized that many small and growing businesses don’t necessarily need multiple full-time administrative or finance employees. What they really need is someone dependable who understands how all the pieces of a business work together and can help create systems that keep everything running efficiently.

 

That realization led Lisa to start NEXT LVL Business Services.

Her goal was simple: provide reliable bookkeeping and operational support that helps business owners stay organized and confident in their numbers. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by financial records and administrative tasks, clients gain a trusted partner who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Today, Lisa combines her experience in financial management and business operations to support entrepreneurs and growing companies. Her background includes managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with vendors, and helping businesses maintain organized financial systems.

 

At the heart of NEXT LVL Business Services is a simple mission: to bring clarity, structure, and dependable support to the operational side of running a business—so owners can focus on growing the business they’ve worked hard to build.
