Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Next LVL Business Services LLC (“Next LVL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing clear and fair payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
This policy applies to purchases and services provided through nextlvlservices.com or directly by Next LVL.
Additional terms may appear in a proposal, service agreement, invoice, appointment confirmation, membership description, or checkout page.
By purchasing a service or membership, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Professional Monthly Service Plans
Professional monthly service plans may include bookkeeping, business support, administrative assistance, and other recurring client services.
If a signed service agreement includes cancellation or refund terms, those terms control.
If the service agreement does not address cancellation, the client must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel a monthly service plan.
During the notice period:
-
Services may continue as scheduled.
-
The client remains responsible for fees incurred during the notice period.
-
A billing cycle beginning before the 30-day notice period ends may still become due.
-
Completed monthly service fees are generally nonrefundable.
A written cancellation may be submitted through the method identified in the service agreement or through the Website Support & Policy Request form.
Submitting a cancellation does not eliminate charges already earned, incurred, authorized, or due.
One-Time and Project-Based Services
Payment requirements for one-time and project-based services will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Depending on the project and client, payment may be required:
-
Before work begins
-
At project milestones
-
Upon completion
-
Under approved net-payment terms
-
According to another written payment schedule
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client paid in advance and cancels before work begins, the payment will generally be refunded minus actual nonrecoverable costs already incurred.
Nonrecoverable costs may include:
-
Payment-processing fees not returned to Next LVL
-
Client-approved purchases or third-party charges
-
Materials, licenses, or project-specific expenses
-
Other costs incurred specifically for the client and disclosed when reasonably possible
Cancellation After Work Begins
If a client cancels after work begins, Next LVL may retain payment for:
-
Work already performed
-
Completed milestones or deliverables
-
Time spent at the agreed or applicable rate
-
Approved expenses
-
Actual nonrecoverable costs
Any remaining unearned balance will be refunded when applicable.
The earned amount may be calculated using the pricing method established in the proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication. This may include hourly rates, fixed-price milestones, completed deliverables, or a reasonable allocation based on work performed.
Completed Work
Payments for completed and delivered services are generally nonrefundable.
If completed work contains an error or does not match the agreed scope, notify Next LVL promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the issue.
Additional work, revisions outside the agreed scope, or changes in preference are not considered errors and may require an additional fee.
Community Membership
Memberships may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the period disclosed at checkout.
Recurring memberships continue until canceled.
Membership cancellation:
-
Stops future renewal charges
-
Does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period
-
Does not result in a prorated refund
-
Allows access through the end of the paid period unless access is terminated for misuse or a Terms and Conditions violation
Completed membership charges are generally nonrefundable.
Exceptions may be made for:
-
Confirmed duplicate charges
-
Confirmed billing errors
-
Refunds approved by Next LVL
-
Refunds required by law
Failure to use membership benefits, attend events, participate in discussions, or access available resources does not create a right to a refund.
Notary Services
Notarial-act fees and travel fees are separate charges and are handled according to Nevada law.
Notarial-Act Fees
Fees charged for a completed notarial act are nonrefundable once the act has been performed.
If no notarial act is performed, Next LVL will not charge or retain the notarial-act fee. A prepaid notarial-act fee will be refunded when the act is not completed.
A notarization may be declined or unable to proceed when:
-
Acceptable identification is not provided
-
A required signer is absent
-
The document is incomplete
-
The signer does not appear willing, aware, or competent
-
The requested act is prohibited
-
Fraud, coercion, or another legal concern is suspected
Next LVL does not provide legal advice, select legal forms or certificates for customers, prepare legal documents, or guarantee a document’s legal effect.
Travel Fees
A travel fee is separate from the notarial-act fee and is not required by law.
Before travel begins, the person requesting the appointment must:
-
Request that the notary travel
-
Be told the travel fee is separate from the notarial-act fee
-
Be told the travel fee is not required by law
-
Agree in advance to the hourly travel rate
If an appointment is canceled before travel begins, a prepaid travel fee will be refunded, minus any actual nonrecoverable payment-processing costs when applicable.
The agreed travel fee may remain due when:
-
The appointment is canceled after the notary begins traveling
-
The notarial act cannot be performed because of the requesting person’s actions or absence
-
The act cannot be performed because of the actions or absence of another necessary person
This may include a no-show, missing signer, unavailable identification, or incomplete document that prevents the requested notarization.
Travel fees will not exceed the amounts permitted by Nevada law and will be recorded as required.
If Next LVL cancels or cannot provide the service for a reason attributable solely to Next LVL, prepaid notarial-act and travel fees will be refunded.
Cancellations by Next LVL
Next LVL may cancel, decline, or discontinue a professional service because of:
-
Nonpayment
-
Missing information or cooperation
-
A conflict of interest
-
Safety or security concerns
-
Suspected fraud or unlawful activity
-
Conduct violating our Terms and Conditions
-
A request outside our qualifications or permitted scope
-
Circumstances making continued performance impractical or unlawful
When Next LVL ends a professional service, the client remains responsible for work already performed, approved expenses, and actual nonrecoverable costs.
Any remaining unearned prepaid service balance will generally be refunded unless the applicable agreement or law provides otherwise.
Membership access terminated because of misuse, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or a violation of the Terms and Conditions is not eligible for a prorated refund, except where required by law.

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
Duplicate charges and suspected billing errors must be reported within 30 days of the charge date.
Next LVL will review the charge and may request information reasonably needed to confirm the error.
A confirmed duplicate charge or billing error will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method when possible.
The 30-day reporting period does not eliminate nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.
Refund Requests
Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted through the Website Support & Policy Request form.
Select Refund-policy question from the topic menu and include:
-
Your name
-
The service or membership involved
-
The date and amount of the charge
-
The reason for the request
-
Relevant invoice, transaction, or appointment information
If you cannot use the form because of an accessibility barrier, contact Next LVL through the Wix Chat feature available on the website.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when possible.
Next LVL will initiate an approved refund within a reasonable period. The time required for it to appear may depend on Wix, the payment processor, the financial institution, and the original payment method.
Next LVL is not responsible for payment-provider or financial-institution delays after the refund is submitted.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Next LVL through the Website Support & Policy Request form before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.
This request does not limit any right to dispute a charge under applicable law.
A knowingly false or fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension of services or membership access and may require payment of amounts properly owed.
Policy Conflicts
If this policy conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the applicable professional services.
Membership purchases are also subject to disclosures presented on the membership and checkout pages.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation right, or other protection that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to This Policy
Next LVL may update this policy to reflect changes in services, payment practices, memberships, or legal obligations.
The updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights applicable to a completed purchase.
