You authorize Next LVL and its payment providers to process disclosed recurring charges when you purchase a recurring membership.
You may cancel through available Wix account or subscription controls or through the Website Support & Policy Request form.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

If the service agreement does not contain cancellation terms, the client must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Services may continue during the notice period, and the client remains responsible for fees incurred during that period. A billing cycle beginning before the 30-day notice period ends may still become due.
Cancellation and refund details are provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Payments and Refunds
You agree to pay all charges you authorize through the Website or a separate service agreement.
Payments may be processed through Wix or another payment provider. Next LVL generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable checkout terms, any signed client agreement, and applicable law.
10. Notarial Services
Information about Nevada notarial services is provided for scheduling and general informational purposes.
An appointment does not guarantee that a notarization can be completed. A notary may decline or stop a notarization when required or permitted by law, including when:
-
Acceptable identification is not provided
-
A required signer is absent
-
The document is incomplete
-
The signer does not appear willing, aware, or competent
-
The requested act is prohibited
-
Fraud, coercion, or another legal concern is suspected
A notary does not provide legal advice, select legal forms, prepare legal documents, or determine whether a document achieves its intended legal result.
Notarial-Act and Travel Fees
Notarial-act fees and travel fees are separate charges.
A notarial-act fee is charged or retained only when the applicable notarial act is performed.
An agreed travel fee may remain due if:
-
The appointment is canceled after the notary begins traveling
-
The notarization cannot be completed because of the actions or absence of the requesting person
-
The notarization cannot be completed because of the actions or absence of another person necessary to complete the act
Travel fees must be requested, explained, agreed to in advance, and charged in accordance with Nevada law.
Additional payment and cancellation details appear in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The Website may provide profiles, groups, discussions, comments, chat, events, and other community features.
You may not post, transmit, or promote content that:
-
Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive
-
Harasses, intimidates, or discriminates against others

-
Discloses confidential information without authorization

Do not post sensitive business records, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or account credentials through community features.

We are not required to monitor every submission and cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or available.
12. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Next LVL a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and moderate the Website and its community features.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that its use will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
You may request deletion of eligible content, but copies may remain when required for legal, security, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, downloads, templates, service descriptions, and educational materials—are owned by or licensed to Next LVL.

14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Wix, payment processors, scheduling providers, Google services, and social platforms.
Next LVL does not control every aspect of these services and is not responsible for their separate content, terms, privacy practices, security, availability, or performance.
15. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Website features, content, membership benefits, or community areas.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or assistive technology.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, and pricing mistakes. If an error materially affects a completed purchase, we will address it as reasonably appropriate and as required by law.
16. Privacy and Accessibility
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Information about our accessibility approach and assistance options is provided in our Accessibility Statement.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Next LVL does not guarantee that:
-
Website content will be error-free or complete
-
A service will be appropriate for every business
-
Use of the Website or services will produce a particular result
-
Community content will be accurate
-
Third-party services will remain available
-
Every security risk or interruption can be prevented
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next LVL Business Services LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Website or these Terms.
This includes lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next LVL’s total liability arising from these Website Terms will not exceed the amount the affected user paid to Next LVL during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If the user paid nothing during that period, total liability arising solely from free Website use will not exceed $100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law. A signed client agreement may establish different limitations for professional services.
19. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Next LVL Business Services LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims arising from:
-
Your unlawful Website use
-
Content you submit
-
Your violation of these Terms
-
Your infringement of another person’s rights
-
Information or instructions you provide to Next LVL
This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which it cannot lawfully be required.
20. Dispute Resolution
Please read this section carefully. It requires mediation followed by binding arbitration for covered disputes and limits how claims may be brought.
Informal Resolution
Before beginning mediation or arbitration, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A party must provide written notice describing the dispute, relevant facts, requested resolution, and available supporting information.
Notices to Next LVL may be submitted through the Website Support & Policy Request form by selecting Terms and conditions question or another appropriate topic.
The parties will ordinarily allow at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt resolution unless urgent action is reasonably necessary.
Mediation
If informal discussions do not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before beginning arbitration.
Mediation will take place in Clark County, Nevada, unless both parties agree in writing to another location or a remote proceeding.
The parties will attempt to select a qualified, neutral mediator.
Mediator and mediation-administration fees will be divided equally unless applicable law requires another allocation or the parties agree otherwise.
Each party will pay its own attorney’s fees and related mediation expenses.
Binding Arbitration
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than a court trial, provided the arbitration requirement was specifically and affirmatively accepted.
The arbitration will:
-
Be conducted by one neutral arbitrator
-
Take place in Clark County, Nevada, unless the parties agree otherwise
-
Be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable and otherwise by applicable Nevada arbitration law
-
Use mutually agreed procedures or, if the parties cannot agree, the applicable American Arbitration Association rules
-
Permit any individual remedy available under applicable law
-
Result in a written, reasoned decision upon either party’s request
Arbitration filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be divided equally unless applicable law, governing rules, or the arbitrator requires another allocation.
Each party will pay its own attorney’s fees unless a statute, signed agreement, or arbitration award permits otherwise.
A court with proper jurisdiction may enforce, confirm, modify, or vacate an award as permitted by law.
Specific Authorization
The arbitration provision applies only when the person or organization specifically and affirmatively agrees through a separate checkbox, electronic acknowledgment, signed agreement, or other legally sufficient record.
General use of the Website by itself does not replace specific authorization required by Nevada law.
Exceptions
Either party may:
-
Bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court
-
Seek temporary or urgent injunctive relief to protect confidential information, intellectual property, accounts, Website systems, or the dispute process
-
Ask a court to compel arbitration or enforce, confirm, modify, or vacate an award as permitted by law
These proceedings do not waive arbitration of other covered claims.
Individual Proceedings and Class-Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity.
Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative action or arbitration.
If a court determines that part of this waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim or remedy, that part will be severed and handled as required by law while remaining enforceable claims proceed individually.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law.
When a dispute is lawfully permitted to proceed in court, the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of appropriate state or federal courts serving Clark County, Nevada.
Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable right or remedy.
22. Suspension and Termination
Next LVL may suspend or terminate an account, membership, or Website access because of:
-
Nonpayment
-
Fraud or suspected fraud
-
Security concerns
-
Website misuse
-
Harmful or unlawful conduct
-
A material violation of these Terms
-
Discontinuation of a feature or membership
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
Sections that logically should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution—survive termination.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Website, services, memberships, legal obligations, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. When legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
Changes do not retroactively alter a dispute arising before the updated Terms took effect unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
24. General Provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not transfer your account or obligations without written permission. Next LVL may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of its business or assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Refund and Cancellation Policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable signed agreements, constitute the relevant agreement regarding the subjects they cover.
25. Contact and Policy Requests
Questions, policy concerns, or notices regarding these Terms may be submitted through the Website Support & Policy Request form.
